Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes and attach the provided shipping label or arrange for a scheduled freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
